My dog has super sensitive skin and most shampoos leave him itchy, but this sulfate-free one didn't bother him at all. The waterless part is a lifesaver on muddy paw days when I don't have time for a full bath.
My dog hates baths, but the waterless formula is a lifesaver, and the papaya scent actually lingers for a couple days. Since it's sulfate-free and pH balanced, her skin hasn't gotten irritated at all.
The papaya scent is mild enough that my cat didn't bolt afterward, which is saying something. Sulfate-free formula left her coat soft without any residue. Only gripe is the foam takes a bit of brushing to work through thick fur.
